Coincidence? Surely, not planned! The circle is closed and “Il Cortile” has become again what it was originally: a meeting point in the village for travellers.

What today is the kitchen and bathroom of the owners once was the butcher’s shop. Today’s entry, the dining-room and the private bedrooms once were the “Osteria” and the dancehall of the village. Here the first and only telephone provided contacts with the world, here tobaccos was sold. People used to play ”Boccia” (Bowls) in the garden, where today guests can sunbathe.
